Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them.”
People at that time wanted to approach Jesus because of his power and charming teaching. Some children also wanted to come to Jesus, but they were stopped by his disciples (maybe they thought that the social status of the children was low and they were not worthy to come to Jesus）. But Jesus rebuked his disciples and asked the children to come close to him.
As a teacher of children, we also uphold Jesus’ attitude of not looking down on children because they are young. On the contrary, we respect them and try our best to foster them with love and acceptance so that they can grow happily.
